Job Description :
- Ability to understand complex business problems, end to end hands on exposure to analytics- including collecting, pulling and preparing data, building statistical models using Python or R (preferably) or SAS & other statistical tools and generating insights to synthesize a complete, cohesive picture.
- End to end interfacing with key business line managers/owners and owning the complete analytics value chain - business, hypothesis, development, delivery, tracking and dissemination to team
- Impact in product design, x-sell penetration, risk benchmarks, L2L KPIs. New ideas, models, initiatives
- Working closely with Bureaus to develop & enhance risk tracking, industry reports, conduct PoC, policy enhancement and development
- Demonstrated SQL/SAS/R/python). Basic knowledge of Visualization tools (Tableau/Excel) an advantage. Open Source knowledge Hadoop
