The company is a top digital insurance company, disrupting traditional models by offering innovative and personalised solutions. This rapidly growing and extremely well-funded start-up is looking for a Data Analytics Lead with 8-12 years- experience to head the data analytics vertical.
Specifically:
- Define strategies and metrics, collaborate and ideate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic questions
- Successfully conceptualize, develop and deploy frameworks and advanced analytics solutions in a high performing environment
- Drive performance of analytics solutions to impact overall business KPIs.
- Analyse big data (structured and unstructured) and understand trends to provide actionable insights that impact business bottom line
- Display strong storytelling and articulation skills to convert analytical output into clear, concise and persuasive insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audience
- In-charge of driving the day-to-day analytical approaches and exploring solutions to particular problems.
- Be proactive and entrepreneurial in identifying new problems that can be solved through analytics.
- Well versed with product analytics, marketing analytics, call center, partners and departmental KPI related analytics.
- Creating dashboards using Visualization tools
- Functional knowledge of Python, SPSS, R, Tableau and other data visualization tools
Note: This is an analytics role, not a data science role.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in data analytics
- A passion for analytics, using data to inform decision-making and the ability to tell stories using data
- Experience of working in consumer tech/e-commerce companies
- Excellent in stakeholder management
- Excellent in logical reasoning, problem solving & business insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate data to senior management
