Data Analyst Manager - IT

Primary Responsibilities:

- Should have Hands- on with Azure Portal, ADF, Azure Data Leak.

- Should have worked on Agile based projects.

- Hands on experience in Database Design and Architecture

- Should have excellent team leadership capability and very good client-facing skills.

- The candidate should have been working in a leadership position handling a team of at least 20+ people.

- The candidate should be proficient in using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to build Data Integration and Workflow Solutions, Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) solutions for Data warehousing applications.

- Very Good working knowledge on SQL Server 2008 / 2012/2016 stored procedures, Views, Tables, Indexes and Functions.

- Experience on PowerBI for providing assistance to team whenever required.

- Experience on ADF, SSIS, Query optimization &Rest Services

- Experience in the US Healthcare (Provider / Population Healthcare / ACO ) domain is preferred, but not mandatory

- Will provide crisp and accurate status to project leadership highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

- Be a part of the team to define and implement software processes within the organization leading towards ISO and CMMi certification

- Interfaces with the client (internal as well as external) in regards with project deliverables.

- Manages resource additions and deletions over the life of the projects

- Excellent knowledge of the latest tools and techniques for project management such as Microsoft Project, Azure Devops & Jira etc.

- Ability to review and coordinate work output of the development team.

- Leadership qualities, Excellent written and oral communication skills

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with ETL tools (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS) & Data warehousing services

- Minimum of 4 years of experience with RDBMS like MSSQL/ORACLE/MySQL

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with Azure Portal, ADF, Azure Data Leak,

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Data Visualization tool like PowerBI.

- Ability to write and understand complex SQL queries/stored procedures to manipulate data

- Ability to provide high level advanced triage support to stakeholders, business partners, and product teams in managing specific issue resolution activities

- Ability to perform quantitative analysis of complex business situations, such as strategies, performance, and solutions

- Ability to lead junior data analysts and brainstorming with them on the approaches and solutions to the problems

- Ability to apply advanced computer modelling, database tools and/or other approaches in conducting the analysis

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
