Data Analyst - KPO (3-8 yrs)
3+ years of experience in analytics, SQL, ETL, SAS, and associated data jobs.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills and should be able to communicate with clients effectively
- Experience in managing SAS codes and collaborating with customers on data model evolution
- Good knowledge of Relational Data Base Management and SQL, SAS (expertise) Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in independent insight generation is preferred. Should be able to work on a problem independently and prepare client-ready deliverables with minimal or no supervision.
- Strong ability to translate functional specifications/requirements to technical requirements. Proficient in creating complex DAX queries, bookmarks, SAS Base, and Macros. Strong experience in creating dashboards in Tableau (preferred) or any other visualization tool.
Job roles:-
- The candidate will provide technical expertise in the analysis, design, development, rollout and maintenance of data modeling, reporting & integration initiatives. This role will contribute to leading the implementation of methodologies and best practices, as well as a lead the project team to synthesize different sources of data into a single source whilst conducting data quality checks.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and define self-service analytic solutions, dashboards, and actionable enterprise business intelligence reports. Responsible for deploying repeatable, lean, and maintainable enterprise coding and documentation philosophy
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
- Strong and in-depth understanding of DE Fundamentals
- Data analysis experience (Preferred)
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
