Data Analyst - KPO

Responsibilities :

- Understand and have a working knowledge of customer/ transaction level data preferably in retail environment.

- Understand data sources to determine the correct source(s) and logic to ensure accurate, efficient and timely deliverable

- Build, run and automate data queries, analysis and reports

Core Capabilities & Accomplishments :

- College degree in a discipline involving numeric analysis or programming

- 3-4 year experience using databases and SQL (structured query language) tools. Excellent ability to combine, cleanse and harmonize data for descriptive and predictive analytics.

- SAS, big data analytics, R, Hive, Python is required.
