Data Analyst - Internet Startup - IIT/NIT/BITS (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:-

- Use analytical and statistical techniques to solve complex problems and drive business decisions

- Develop compelling dashboards and automated reporting related to key performance metrics

- Proactively partnering with internal stakeholders and delivering on reporting requirements

- Analysing existing reporting processes and establishing new processes with a focus on enhancements and automation

- Working in collaborative partnerships with teams such as Product, Growth, Customer Success

- Being a trusted subject matter authority

Requirements:-

- Experience: 1-3 years

- Advanced knowledge of Python

- Advanced knowledge of SQL to query relational databases

- Querying and manipulating data sets using Python, SQL, Google BigQuery and

- Excel/Google Sheets and visualization tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio (or similar tools)

- Expert in articulating insights from Google Analytics

- The ability to work effectively cross-functionally, think proactively, and drive results

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills

- A proven track record of breaking down complex processes and identifying key pain points

- The ability to work well under pressure with diligence, organization, and minimal supervision

- Flexibility in an ever-changing and growing environment

- Excellent judgement, curiosity and confidence

- An eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback

- Nice to have: Degree in a quantitative field (e. g., Engineering, Math, Sciences, Statistics)
