Data Analyst - Insurance (7-12 yrs)
Major Responsibilities:
- Access, organize and control large amounts of data using databases and other technologies to produce insurance-related reports, analyses and graphics.
- Analyze and interpret data to understand trends and derive meaningful business insights for management.
- Develop standard definitions and mapping of data elements to be used for all insurance-related reporting and analyses.
- Build and maintain databases, using data from the insurance system and other corporate systems.
- Work with team to design and build dashboards to present insurance information and key metrics to team members, management and other internal stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in insurance concepts and processes to enable deep analyses of related data and ensure data accuracy/integrity.
- Identify, recommend and implement ways to leverage data and technologies to streamline insurance work processes.
- Develop high-quality charts and graphs to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Support insurance quality assurance process by investigating the scope of issues, performing root cause analyses and working with management to develop appropriate corrective actions.
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and analytics, as needed.
Work/Educational Requirements
Should have 7 to 10 years of experience must be from insurance company
Education - B-tech, PGDMS
