Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Data Analyst with experience building analytical solutions. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for helping define, create, and track key business metrics and KPIs. You will access and compile data sets from various sources for exploratory and pre-defined analyses; validate data sets; and perform feasibility study of the data sets for analytical solutioning and opportunities. You will be required to build automated solutions in Azure to serve the various analytical needs, viz. monitoring KPIs, raising alerts based on analytical measures etc. We are seeking a candidate that has a desire to learn, a collaborative attitude, strong technical skills, and the ability to deliver concise communication to a variety of stakeholders.

Desired Skills :

- At least 6-8 years of experience in an analytics role with strong focus on building analytical solutions

- At least 6-8 years of development experience using Python

- At least 3-6 years of experience in Azure; Microsoft Azure Certification at an Associate or Expert level would be good-to-have

- At least 3-6 years of SQL and data modeling experience

- Hands-on exposure to Azure Development using services viz. Azure Web Apps, App Services, Function Apps, Azure Storage, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning

- Hands-on experience with developing & deploying automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, Azure Automation in accordance with standard design principles and conventions

- Hands-on experience writing SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions

- Experience building API based solutions

- Exposure to any Data Warehouse, preferably Snowflake

- Ability to construct data models

- Exposure to ETL/ELT tools, preferably DBT (Data Build Tool)

- Hands-on experience with GitLab/GitHub/BitBucket

- Hands-on experience with deploying solutions in Azure

- Experience using Azure related logging, monitoring, alerting systems

- Experience working in a fast-paced Agile team

- An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error

- Good to have experience in US Healthcare Analytics

- Good written and oral communication skills and ability to handle multi-national stakeholders
