Data Analyst - CRM - US Healthcare

Salary Range: 4-8 LPA

Responsibilities:

- To provide support to Growth operations by producing reports and basic insights to operational issues to the stakeholders.

- Carrying out day to day Reporting operations involving extraction, Matching and loading of marketing data using pre-defined procedures and systems.

- Developing an understanding on the US healthcare Process and extract reports/data based on changing business requirements.

- Providing analytical support involving data analysis to help identify data quality issues.

Skills Required:

- Experience with Salesforce.com or other popular CRM tools along with good Research skills.

- Requires working knowledge of Advanced excel & should be experienced in handling large data set.

- Exposure to data hygiene tools and best practices. Must possess a really good reporting skill.

- Must possess strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills as well as excellent time-management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to be highly productive and efficient in a team driven environment

- The capacity to Multi-task and prioritize/complete projects in a timely manner is extremely important

- Strong attention to details
