Data Analyst - BFSI

Job Title - Data Analyst

Location - Bangalore

Salary - up to 25LPA

Fintech and start up experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive business solutions - Mine and analyze data from databases to drive optimization and improvement of current techniques and business strategies

- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques

- Understand the problem statement and identify descriptive, predictive and prescriptive KPIs to analyze and optimize business goals

- Analyze descriptive, predictive and prescriptive model results and data.

Technical Experience :

- SQL, Python, Pandas, Matplotlib, MS Power BI, Tableau, Hadoop (Hive, Impala, Kudu), Mongo DB, JIRA, Team Foundation Server.

- Data Analytics, Data Visualization (Power BI & Tableau), Data wrangling, Data Exploration, Detecting Anomalies & Fraud, Descriptive Analysis, Predictive Analysis, Prescriptive Analysis, Business Strategy, Vendor Management, Agile project methodology, Risk Rules Optimization, A/B Testing.

- Passion for Risk, Payments, Customer Experience, Analytics, and a data-driven approach towards decision making.
