Data Analyst - B2C FinTech

Role : Product Analyst/ Data Analyst - With India's fastest-growing Fintech

This role required writing SQL queries on daily basis.

Location : Bangalore

It is a Series B funded product-based fintech firm leveraging cutting edge digital technologies to transform the way banking is experienced by customers. The company has already acquired 2 million customers through its breakthrough products and is on its way to acquire 5 million customers in the next 3 years. The company is backed by large global institutional investors. The funding is being utilized for product development & market expansion.

Job Responsibilities :

- The job role involves not only understanding and interpreting data, but who can help us structure and scale all analytics requirements of the organisation and influencing change in the organisation.

- Take ownership of analytical projects end to end from extracting and exploring data, generating hypotheses, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results.

- Provide analytical and valuable insights for decision-making support for key projects and management.

- Work closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyse, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools.

- Communicate findings and propose actionable recommendations to address the problems.

Desired Profile :

Workex : 1-4 yrs experience in Product Analytics domain

Required Skills :

- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations.

- Technical expertise regarding data models, database designs development, data mining and segmentation techniques.

- Experience with Python or knowledge of any statistical language.

- Hands-on experience in writing advanced SQL queries and handling, wrangling, aggregating, transforming data.

- Knowledge of Data Visualization tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy, QlikView.

- Proficiency in conducting complex analysis in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Ability to communicate qualitative and quantitative results clearly, succinctly and confidently in verbal and written communications.

Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business or Engineering
