Job Description :

1) With increasing dependency on Value Added Services (VAS) to deliver an incremental share of the overall revenues, it is important to have a person for Proper reporting and analytic using BI and other tools.

2) This role has the responsibility of meeting key reporting and analytical reporting requirement, reduce revenue leakage and drive integration of VAS charging and customer system with BI, thus assisting the team in drive revenue and customer growth.

3) This role will act a strategic resource and will help the team in achieving the revenue by providing key customer insight and key thrust area.

1) Develop revenue and KPI scorecard to drive revenue.

2) To drive circles to implement initiatives, track usage & revenue through tracker, plan corrective action and ensure implementation of corrective plans

3) Drive Integration of key charging systems & customer data base integration with BI to reduce manual intervention and help in getting single view of customer.

4) Review performance and provide feedback for achieving revenues

5) Positively influence cross functional team to work together for achieving business results and ensuring that their business pains are addressed

6) Ensure accurate revenue booking by coordinating with circle & Finance team
