About The Role

This role sits in the demand & revenue marketing team and is at an intersection of technology, data and process. With scale comes operational complexities and your challenge on the job is to simplify and make marketing work for Darwinbox.

The Impact You Will Create In The Job -

Technology:

- Scoping & Purchase: Work with demand, product & field marketing teams to identify technology needs, propose solutions, identify tech partners, run the sales cycle to choose the right-fit tech for the business.

- Implementation: Draw out an implementation plan, get the right stakeholders involved for execution, and measure implementation effectiveness.

- Maintenance & Reporting: Drive continuous experiments to maximise tech/platform utilization, support on day-to-day operations, and report tech success on quarterly & annual basis.

- Integrations: Ensure seamless integration between various platforms & channels for unified execution and a single source of truth.

- Ownership: Direct ownership of the CRM, marketing automation & all demand generation technologies while being a supporter on all other marketing tech.

Data:

- Data Acquisition: Lead and/or support demand, SDR & Rev-ops teams on customer data acquisition at contact and account levels.

- Cleansing & Enrichment: Establish & keep a check on data heath & redundancies. Identify the scope for enrichment and work towards a 100% complete database with internal teams & external partners

- Database Management: Own the company database from the marketing side. You'll be responsible for the database size, coverage, cleanliness and the output it is driving to the business.

- Audit: Set-up an automated data audit process which uncovers leakages and build systems for leakage prevention.

Reporting:

- Dashboarding: Create reports & dashboards for reporting goals, progress & insights across overall marketing, sub-functions, channel and initiatives.

Education: Evangelize the importance of data & reporting and help build a data-driven marketing culture.

Analytics Meetups: Lead the monthly analytics cadence to present marketing progress to stakeholders at different levels.

Training:

New Hire Onboarding: Create role based new hire training plans and oversee execution.

Technology Training: Own tech stack education to the marketing team with follow-up refreshers for constant upskilling.

Program & Campaign Management:

Infrastructure: Own infra set-up for every campaign scope - data, tech, reporting, scoring, nurturing etc

Standardization: Standardize campaign planning, documentation, checklists, reporting and other moving pieces of campaign execution.

Scoring: Create lead & account scoring models to prioritize high value leads/accounts and visualize marketing impact on the buyer's journey. Constantly question the validity of the scoring model and work towards highest accuracy.

Who Should Apply?

- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 3+ years in Marketing Operations.

- 3+ years of owning a marketing automation platform like Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot.

- You have led at least 10 successful marketing technology implementations.

- Are you an engineer turned marketer? This role is a perfect fit for you!

- You obsess about data, technology, reporting, and attribution.

- You have dealt with unstructured business problems and are comfortable with making decisions which have a critical impact on the business.

- Project management comes natural to you, and you thrive in environments with multiple stakeholder/function involvement.

- You are an excel wizard and can make sense of large datasets. Knowing Python/SQL is a bonus which will make you stand out.
