Roles and Responsibilities : The International Marketing Manager will be responsible for - - Driving the end-to-end marketing initiatives, in markets outside India, primarily South-east Asia, Middle East, and North America. - Developing a deep understanding of target geographies from a marketing perspective through customer interactions, competitive assessments, market research, and partner collaboration. Identifying regional marketing trends and nuances. - Formulating marketing strategies that enable growth and commercial success. - Contextualising marketing collateral for international advertisements and promotions. - Developing and executing culturally appropriate and contextualized digital marketing campaigns. - Identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships that enable marketing motion in these geographies. - Tapping into opportunities to engage in online and offline events. - Engaging with HR and business leaders in events to drive thought leadership. - Charting out and implementing the media and public relations plans to drive brand awareness. - Coordinating with the Customer Success team and clients to author success stories that drive referencability in the respective markets. - Working closely with and managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery on targets. - Tracking closure of marketing initiatives, measuring market acceptance and ROI. - Driving continuous improvements and creating a framework to market Darwinbox in regions outside India. Who are we looking for? - 2-5 years of experience in marketing B2B SaaS products in South-east Asian/Middle Eastern/North American markets. - A Bachelor- s/undergraduate degree is mandatory.
