At Darwinbox, a Business Analyst would work with one of the core functions - Sales/Marketing, Product/Engineering or Customer Success based on the fit and will work in close association with the founder group and leadership team. Responsibilities (Payroll BA): - Act as a consultant and provide recommendations on payroll product and related processes - Conceptualize, build and maintain executive-level reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly board reviews to drive improvements and align leadership - Develop and maintain automation models that will reduce turnaround times and manual interventions in payroll processing - Work directly with multiple stakeholders and management to diagnose issues, resolve them and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize performance - Work on the growth/revenue metrics and drive initiatives to realize short-term and long-term goals of the organization - Bridge the gaps between Operations, Customer Relations, Product Management, Finance, and other internal groups, through knowledge management to drive people towards a common goal. - You will be discovering and onboarding new technologies to improve process efficiencies - Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy. Take complete ownership of projects/programs from ideation to delivery - business case, scope, cost, schedule, action cycles, risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies, and milestones. Requirements: - B.Tech./BBM/BMS/BCom or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution - Knowledge of statistical concepts and business principles - Good communication skills, excellent problem-solving, and can-do attitude - Willingness to learn and showcase the ability to address the team needs efficiently - Proficiency in MS Excel, VBA, Power BI/Tableau is a huge bonus - Knowledge &amp; understanding about payroll is a bonus
