Functional Area: Infrastructure Consulting, Financial Modelling, Feasibility Study, Knowledge of PPP
Job Description : Day to day activities involve
a. Lead client engagement by executing Operational Transaction Services which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value
b. Generating New clients to Organisation Business
c. Successfully supervising, Developing and Training team members in handling various consultancy assignments
d. Demonstrate strong transaction knowledge in a particular industry as well as depth in a particular functional area
e. Demonstrate ability to not only identify risks and issues, but recommend solutions
f. Constantly on top of Targets and developing of Strategy and Business Plans for the same
g. Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products sufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements
h. Guiding other regions on the execution of assignments and facilitate project completion
Expected Skills :
a. Corporate Restructuring, Financial & Accounting Due Diligence, Business Valuations
b. Presentation skills, Analytical skills, Problem solving abilities
c. Efficient client handling/relationship management, problem solving abilities and Marketing skills
d. Ability to handle projects independently
e. Strong written and verbal communication skills
f. Ability to determine risks and opportunity areas
g. Relationship Management
h. Strong leadership, business development, recruitment, training, and mentoring skills
i. Excellent Networking capabilities
j. Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice
k. Education : BE (Civil/Mech) + MBA (Finance)
TRAVELLING: As and when required
REPORTING TO : HEAD - INFRASTRUCTURE ADVISORY
