Internal Controller - FMCG Industry (French MNC) Role and Responsibilities: - Deploy Group guidelines and methodology on Internal Control inside the Cluster (CBS and CBUs) - Assess accurately the internal control level and efficiencies in each entity and process - Supervise, coach and develop the team of field Internal Controllers. Main Duties and Functions: - Ensure 2 ways communication with Cluster Business Services (CBS) and Country Business Unit (CBU) - Ensure Roll-out &amp; appropriation of IC Methodology &amp; Referential in all CBUs and CBS - Ensure reporting accuracy and on time in Internal Audit Standards reporting Group tool - Ensure controls enforced are efficient to secure reliability of financials; and the local description on controls is reinforced when there are changes in the Group Referential or new risks locally identified - Coach and develop the field IC team, setting objectives and identifying personal development opportunities - Support the Field IC Team with the testing, the follow - up of action plans and audit recommendations and the support to BPOs and control owners in their missions, Oversee their work to ensure proper review and compliance - Knowledge &amp; expertise retention on Controls, Processes &amp; tools - Networking, Benchmarking &amp; Good practices exchange inside and outside the Cluster - Contact of Internal Auditors &amp; External Auditors in Internal Control mission - KPIs: Evaluate Internal Audit vs Internal Control - Scope covered in testing defined in Group rules - Dango Note in line with Group targets - Actions plans achieved vs Targets
