Roles and Responsibilities :

- Having telephonic discussion with candidates and validating them from HR point of view.

- Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines Miscellaneous:.

- The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

- To look after HR activities for the company To Handle all the HR responsibilities like - Talent Acquisition, Manage the employee life cycle from entry till exit, PMS, KRA, Performance appraisal, Training, Employee Welfare, Salary processing, Statutory Compliances.

- Human resources managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources and personnel departments, and develop and implement policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource planning we are looking for someone with excellent HR and recruiting skills.

- Talent Acquisition, Employee retention, Performance Management, Business Partnering, Employee Grievances, Documentation for joining formalities, Exit Formalities, Leave & Attendance Management, Payroll Processing, PF, ESIC, arrears Calculation, Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Payroll, Salary Breakup, bonus, TDS & leave encashment Candidate should have proper experience in HR domain along with good communication Skills.

- Assertive and persuasive Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.

- Good Communication skills both Written and Verbal.

- Persons from FMCG Industry Only.

- Minimum 5 years of human resource management experiences.

- Must have fair knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed etc.

- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Must have good Knowledge of Computers & MS-Office

- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

- Should be able to take up the responsibility of HR Department.
