JOB DESCRIPTION 

- Must be able to deal with key challenges company faces with clients

Delayed projects

Off-plan sales vs. actual site update

Payment plan

- Re-engineering existing processes & introducing new ones

- Stakeholder management across functions

- Ability to understand the given situation to look at future initiatives

- Strategic guidelines

Candidate must be:

- A successful candidate must have dealt with HNIs

- Must have been involved in Process re-engineering and process transformation cycle in an organization.

- Must have improvised capabilities for Business processes, people processes and organization verticals

- Must be able to create and successfully drive the CRM strategy of the company

- Worked in Crisis management, good at fire-fighting

- Customer experience domain in B2C a must

- Must have developed post-sales strategy

- Ideally must have worked in promoter driven set-up

Qualification :

Top B-school degree with 15 years experience

Age : mid-late 40s
