Experience range : 12-15 years of HR experience from Services + Manufacturing background
Key Focus points :
- Person should be heading HR for his respective location/ unit/ company for a complex employee base of 1000-2000 people (complex employee base like we have a employee mix of sales + editorial + production + circulation + support in a 24- 7 environment. All departments have a different kind of challenge. Doesn't mean that the candidate necessarily comes from a 24- 7 environment but must have handled various departments.
- IR exp is must (past exp in IR is also OK)
Ideal combination : Earlier Manufacturing + currently Services
Current CTC range of 14-15L which is hireable in 17-18L fixed +1.25L PLI.
Preference :
- Male Candidates
- Willingness for any location
- Relocation of family will be must.
Role & Responsibilities as State HR Head :
- Talent Acquisition
- Entire Employee Life cycle management i.e. PMS, Employee Engagement, OD, Talent Management, Retention
- Compliances, Legal, MIS, Payroll, etc.
- Admin function-Supervising
