- The responsibilities of the Ideation Expert are wide and varied. You will act as an idea and information gatherer within the company to promote internal growth and consult with employees throughout every department to help them advance concepts. .
- Research assignments handed to you by various team members and you will have the opportunity to sit in on, contribute to and often lead brainstorm sessions to discuss things like improving workflows, evolving training practices, building marketing campaigns and developing creative .
- Reviews ideation briefs from Brand Development teams and recommends revisions that strengthen the purpose, clarity and actionability of each.
- Ensures latest ideation techniques and tools are known and implemented against the respective innovation challenges for each brand and category.
- Gives input to the sales team on the learning objectives and action standards for insight and ideation projects.
- Identifies gaps in marketplace understanding
- Translating marketing objectives into strategies and plans. Proven success in executing a comprehensive marketing plan
- Successfully launched new products from concept stage through commercialization and in-market success.
