- Be a key partner in developing the annual marketing plan

- Collaboratively build onboarding strategies that enlighten new members of FirstOntario membership benefits that lead to increased Share of Wallet

- Be a dedicated team member in establishing a branch strategy that focuses on physical design, merchandising and other retail strategies to increase membership assets

- Be an advocate of the Member Experience Standards and track implementation and consistency throughout the branch network

- Take the lead in developing, implementing, and reporting results of a direct-to-member marketing strategy that supports the annual marketing plan and increases share of wallet

- Take into consideration member segments identified through analytics and develop plans specialized to meet their needs and drive growth

- Be on top of the game in relation to online strategies (web, mobile, social media etc) that engage members and present beneficial offers at the right time to maximize effectiveness

- Be a key resource in the execution of campaigns, supporting managers through effective communication, fulfillment and post analysis reporting

- Provide unwavering support and solution-focused feedback to channel enhancement, process improvement and product and services design

- Diligently conduct market research and competitive analysis to thoroughly understand the landscape and key trends in the market

- Tell stories through detailed metrics and reporting that elaborate on success or opportunities of our services and product that impact growth and Share of Wallet penetration

- Be an active participant for branching strategy including but not limited to new, renovating of, closing and the relocation of products

- Incorporate fact-based research elements in all that you do.
