Key Deliverables
- Conduct a structured needs assessment to gather behavioral and leadership learning needs for the organizational
- Develop and implement a blended learning curriculum to address organizational learning needs
- Implement career development, mentoring frameworks
- Facilitate leadership assessment centers
- Develop behavioral and leadership competency framework
- Lead cross functional projects in the areas of rewards and recognition, diversity and inclusion etc.
The candidate must possess:
- Experience - 8 to 16 years
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles
- Demonstrated experience in achieving organizational impact through learning solutions
- Strong project / program management skills
- Ability to influence decision making at the leadership level
- Superior collaboration skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Strong consulting skills with the business
- Experience in managing end to end learning processes using a Learning Management System.
