Job Responsibilities :
- Support the development and maintenance of benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
- Periodic review of benefits practices keep the benefits market competitive
- Partner with various functions and External consultant for evaluating job roles across businesses using any established job evaluation methodologies.
- Implement a Competitive & tax friendly Compensation structure.
- Drive Rewards and Recognition schemes and various other Compensation & Benefits programs
- Awareness of statutory & other C&B related compliance
- Own Analytics & Reporting dashboards
Skills :
- Analytical Skills and Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Expert at MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
