Overview of the Role:

As a Compensation & Benefits specialist, you will be responsible to build a fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that helps to improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation

- Facilitate annual salary review process and annual incentive plan processes in liaison with market,and other internal entities; involving budgeting, communication, roll-out, implementation/ change management

- Support benefits strategy, policies and programs - assist in the design of benefit programs that meet business goals and objectives, ensuring effective coverage to the relevant employee population

- Manage the activities around employee performance assessment, tracking, metrics, and the yearly performance appraisal cycle by aligning departments, resources, systems and individuals

- Networking with external peers, Benchmark with best practices and accordingly recommend changes to compensation and Benefit practice / plans

- Documentation, Audit payouts and ensure governance including statutory compliance

- Creation of incentive plan strategy, framework design, liaising with leaders and cross-functional project management

- Analyze ROI on incentive plans and seek active feedback from leaders to keep the plans in line with business strategy

Qualification:

- Education: Master's degree and/or MSW from reputed university in Human Resources or Labor Law

- Performance Management

- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (esp: MS Excel)

- Language: Proficient and Fluent English at negotiation level
