Objectives of the Job


- This role will be responsible for developing and executing key talent attraction strategies and initiatives across target campuses

- Organize the recruiting strategy and execution, including marketing, events, resourcing, and targeted yields

- Effectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus

- Adapt to the dynamic on-campus environment and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges

- Track progress through the season and re-strategize campus recruiting plans as required

- Ensures seamless on-boarding process of all hires - offer letter generation, initiating BGV & Pre-employment medical check up, follow up till joining date.

- Help formulate and conceptualize structured internship program. Propose modifications proactively as needed due to requirement changes from time to time

- Provide strategic advice on various outreach initiatives to create divisional awareness on campus hiring

- Work with the respective teams and play a key role in finalizing the internship projects for their respective team interns

- Additionally the role will be responsible for joining or leading any process improvement and projects related to process and systems and special initiatives related to Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications: (those required to do this job effectively):

Education

Any Graduate OR Post Graduate

No of Years: 5 to 7 years

Experience

Type of Work: Very good background in People management, Stakeholder Management. Operations and administration skills are very important. Knowledge in MS office preferred. Prior experience in University Relations, Campus Recruitment will add further value

Areas of Work: HRM/RDI

Specific Knowledge: (Skill / Languages etc.)

- Candidate would be required to have an established background in Prior Campus Recruitment.

- Excellent communication and project management skills, and motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.

- Must possess excellent Organizational and Planning skills

- Fluency in English Language is a must

- Good presentation skills is important
