The Company DailyNinja- is a Bangalore based company into subscription based Hyperlocal delivery. We are in a high growth phase with lots of cool stuff to be done. As of now, Dailyninja delivers to 25k households everyday. The People The founders, Sagar and Anurag have known each other for 9 years now. They have discussed multiple small and big ideas in these years but DailyNinja is something that they saw as a business that will have a long term impact on urban living. While Sagar put up the initial app in place, Anurag started doing mid-night deliveries. They have steadily replaced themselves in a lot of roles with people who have now build a system that did about 750k transactions last month. We are now looking for more people to join our Core team. There are 2 traits that matter for the team - high IQ and high commitment. - It's a Weekend- is not really a reason to not answer vendor/customer/team calls. Asking questions is good but losing context is not. We are a consumer facing company in the end. The Product Our product plays a crucial role in the life of an urban family. If we are late or do something wrong, a child goes hungry to school, a parent has to run for essentials, breakfast plans get disturbed and that messes up a great morning of a happy family. There's more to it, that we want you to take over and shape up. The Role - VP/Senior Manager Customer Delight Team Looking for Young, energetic candidates to drive the Operations/Process from scratch. - Design and set up the operational processes to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction. - Set standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, while adhering to the SLAs. - Identifying reasons for Non Compliance on SLA / TAT and conducting root-cause analysis and taking preventive measures for repeated escalations - Ability to understand the customer's pain points and design, improve operational preprocess. - Team/People Management: Has prior experience and has excelled in managing fairly large teams - Experience of working with cross functional teams - Able to identify problems and articulate well enough to drive product improvements - Good at Data Analysis/Metrics Qualities & Qualification: - MBA from top tier 1/Tier2 institutes (Mandatory) +B.E/ B. Tech from Premier Institutes (Preferred) - Ability to get things done and solving complex problems - Ability to work in cross functional team - Passion for customer focused services business - Team builder and communicator.
