RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build & lead the partnerships charter across the publishing industry verticals in the region to enable
exponential content growth in the region and the language
- Drive innovative & high impact long-term partnership constructs
- Drive the success of top-tier accounts to ensure revenue/cost optimization by proactively communicating via email, call, in-person meetings, and business reviews, building relationships, and understanding clients' business need
- Navigate internal & external stakeholders to run the partnership discussions end to end; including identifying the right opportunities, framing win-win structures, negotiation and contractual closure
- Determine opportunities & onboard new partners by gathering market intelligence, understanding
consumer behaviour & aligning with business strategy and Define the roadmap, execution plans and success measurement for various opportunities
- Execute the existing & new partnerships at Eterno/Verse through direct/ indirect influence in the
organisation
- Hands-on execution, tracking performance and delivering agreed targets for each partnership
- Overall account management and partner mapping.
- Manage and resolve all conflicts with Partners in a timely, efficient manner acting as a single escalation point for both the customer and internal teams.
- Lower TAT and an efficient response system
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years of work experience in companies driving partnerships and strategic accounts
- Work experience focused on quantitative analysis, excel, and logical reasoning is a must
- MBA from leading global business schools with Mastery of English and native language with both verbal and written competency
- Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
- Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, and develop
solutions with an analytical mindset
- Strong people/ Stakeholder management. This role requires deep linkages throughout the organization including marketing, tech and content
- Great communication skills, especially in emails and in-person meetings
