- Daily Food Company is Saudi Arabia's fastest growing QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant) chain, which specializes in international pizza experience. Daily Food Company was incorporated in year 2012 and launched first store under - Maestro- pizza brand in year 2013. Maestro has been widely accepted & appreciated. It has 150+ fully operational stores across 30+ cities in KSA and has growth plans going forward as well.

- It is Maestro's pride to achieve country leadership position in just 4 years of its operations and has retained the same since 2017. A total of around 3000 associates support the operations of Daily Food. Currently it operates on company owned and company run stores model.

Job description :

- Identify and assess the current and future training needs analysis (TNA) and align with the business objectives

- Prioritise the training needs and draw the yearly training plan

- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs

- Design competency-based training materials

- Manage and conduct all in-house trainings

- Monitor and evaluate training programme's effectiveness, success and ROI

- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Required Skills and/or Competencies :

- Communicates effectively

- Organised (plans and aligns)

- Developing others

- Build effective team

- Drives engagement

- 4+ years of experience of complete learning and development cycle/process preferably in a QSR chain

- Necessary soft skills
