Daily Food - Manager/Head - Revenue (3-4 yrs)
Job Description : We are looking for a Manager/Head of revenue to manage and drive sales growth across all revenue channels at Maestro Pizza and other inhouse brands by Daily Food Co. You will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across various online and in branch platforms, and building strong partnerships with aggregator channels.
1. Develop and implement channel strategies: Create a comprehensive plan to maximize sales through in-house (App/Web/Offline/CC) and aggregator channels, taking into account market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
2. Aggregator channel management: Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregator channels and other relevant partners. Negotiate contracts, terms, and promotions to optimize sales and brand visibility.
3. Sales growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, developing sales campaigns, and executing marketing initiatives tailored to different revenue channels. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales outcomes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of channel strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on market feedback and customer insights.
5. Competitive analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the QSR sales channel space. Leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
6. Budget management: Develop and manage the channel budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales targets and maximize return on investment.
7. Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of channel managers and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
1. Experience : A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales channel management, or management consulting, preferably within the QSR or food industry.
2. Aggregator channel expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing aggregator channels, including food delivery platforms and online marketplaces. Familiarity with their operational processes, marketing opportunities, and pricing structures.
3. Sales-driven mindset: Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
4. Relationship building: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with aggregator channels, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
5. Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet business objectives. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
6. Leadership skills: Experience leading and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results. Effective communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or MBA, or a related field is preferred.
