The company has redefined the pizza market in this short duration of time and is the most preferred Pizza brand in KSA. It has presence in more than 10 cities and has growth plans going forward as well. A total of around 2,500 members support the operations of Daily Food.

- The Daily Food's management has an international outlook with people from varied backgrounds and nationalities (KSA, USA, Spain, Germany, Jordan, India etc).

Job Purpose :

- This role directs the timely delivery of high quality analysis leading to quick decision making by the management.

- Coordinating and harmonising the monthly financial closing. Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of sales, costs, inventory & profitability.

- Preparation & validation of various business plans, business cases for expansion and investments.

- Preparation of forecasts, budgets and explaining reasons for variance of actual with Budgets.

- Involvement in sales process for all new business opportunities.

- Presentations to the senior management on the financial health and to carry out a financial diagnostic every quarter.

- Profitability analysis for various business products, projects, customers and regions.

- Preparation of monthly/ quarterly cash forecasts in optimising cash flows.

- Providing financial information for management analysis and preparation of various MIS reports.

- Cost Analysis- Product wise, Geography wise and Cost control through efficient and strong budgetary control measures.

- Review and design of internal controls, automation of various processes and inventory management.

- Responsible for cost follow up reviews with project team and business division head, clearly explaining the details of revenue and costs variances viz a viz the budget.

- Drive and support margin improvement through operational excellence and cost optimisation projects.

- Analysing and streamlining existing systems and procedures; reporting important irregularities for follow up action and rectification.

- Monitoring sales, inventory, payroll and receivable modules of Oracle. Review of payable module on a monthly basis.
