Responsibilities :
Account Management :
- Undertake account-level strategic planning, grow footprint, identify avenues for up-selling and ensure increased CSAT Increase organization's footprint in key segments by effectively mapping service offerings to customer pain points
- Develop a solid understanding of all key sectors's pain points, value chain and success stories
- Act as an internal champion of the customer by ensuring delivery timelines, quality & budgets are met
- Build a complete understanding of key indurstry and segment needs, expectations, IT budget and roadmap
- Establish a path to becoming a preferred technology partner for providers in our target segment
- Identify, initiate and build new and upcoming org capabilities focussed on provider pain points.
- Presenting reports to senior management on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives
Team management :
- Manage and scale a team of account managers as the number of accounts scale up to ensure the growth
- Leading and baseline the performance of the account management team by proposing and building suitable KPIs and metrics and tracking them.
- Proposing and building suitable processes which improve the performance and drive the success of the account management team
- Act as a final point of escalation in case of exigencies
Account Growth :
- Should have good experience of exponentially increasing the number of logos/revenue in the existing accounts.
- Increase the size of existing relationships by enabling the team to map relevant pain points to Daffodil's capabilities
- Candidate with a consulting background is preferred.
