Daffodil Software - Key Account Manager (5-8 yrs)
The Opportunity :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Key Accounts Manager, who will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
What You'll Do ?
- Build a complete understanding of the client's needs and expectations
- Develop a long-term and trusting relationship with key stakeholders
- Resolving client's key issues and complaints
- Managing communication between client and internal stakeholders
- Staying on top of client's needs, vision, IT roadmap and any anticipated deviations
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders
- Improving per account revenue by effective up-selling and cross-selling
- Grab a higher share of client's annual IT spend by pitching relevant services and broadening their required product portfolio base
- Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure the highest quality of deliverables are being produced on time
- Presenting reports to senior management on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives
