Job Description :

We are looking for someone to lead our startup Smarturbs.com. Smarturbs have patent in India, USA, Israel, Mexico and more countries. It is a road crossing design that converts a 4 phase crossing into two phase crossing that can help in solving one of biggest problem of our life -traffic jams. It brings in efficacy of a flyover only at 1% of its cost. Besides smart crossing also have a huge positive impact on pollution and environment.

The challenge one has to solve includes cutting through bureaucracy and selling to government based on merit- which is exceptional cost advantage and environmental impact, finding right partners to take it across other countries and building the right team to realise the immense potential of this exceptional patented innovation.

Must Haves

- Significant experience of Solution and Concept selling (preferably Infrastructure / Roads / Smart City Mobility) to Government

- Understanding and experience of government eco system for urban mobility infrastructure design, approval and tendering process.

- Should have lead end to end deals from from sales till delivery with a ticket size of more than 1 cr (at least 3).

- Entrepreneurial Business leader with experience in building teams

- Can give feedback and clarity on relevant decision maker's pain points after interactions with stakeholders to product technical lead for offering improvement.

Good to have :

- Background / experience in transport planning and management

- P&L management - at least 1 year, preferably 2.

- Scaling tech and design based products for B2G space.
