Functional Area: Business Development/Presales - Healthcare

Educational Qualification: PGDM/ MBA from top-tier B-School

Experience: 8 plus years; experience in the healthcare industry

Job Requirement: -

- Minimum of 6 yrs. of hands-on experience in Requirement Gathering, Documentation, Functionality Design, BRD, RFP, wireframing, effective presentation and communication

- Refining the customer requirements from business need to features to user stories

- Good Understanding of software technologies,

- Increase organizations' footprint in Healthcare segments by effectively mapping service offerings to customer by understanding their pain points.

- Experience in Healthcare domain (Modalities, EHR/EMR, HIS, Compliances-HIPPA, HL7)

Candidate Profile:

- Team orientation and leadership experience

- Process management and improvement focus

- Strong work ethic and personal initiative

- Structured problem solving skills

- Ability to lead large engagements

- Strong communication, business acumen, and personal impact
