Job Description :

The ideal candidate should have a handful of experience handling Indian financial instruments, excellent knowledge of regulatory circulars, interest, and enthusiasm to enhance and upgrade the knowledge on various financial instruments.

Responsibilities:

- Managing daily operations related to NSE/BSE/MCX,

- Generate and maintain all the records and reports accurately.

- Manage, Train, and Motivate the operations team,

- Reviewing daily processes and obligations,

- Adopt cheques and balances at every process to ensure 100% accuracy,

- Be updated on the latest circulars and developments of NSE/BSE/MCX/SEBI,

- To coordinate with back-office vendor on new products,

- To coordinate with the compliance team on various projects and discussions,

- To participate in internal audits and inspections conducted by the regulators,

- Adhere to the company's internal policies and procedures.

- To maintain the highest integrity and confidentiality, keeping company and client's data.

- Should be able to provide suggestions and inputs to the management on operational improvements as and when required.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in an Indian Stock Broking company,

Particularly in the operations department.

Education: Any Graduate or Any postgraduate

Attributes :

- Should be diligent at work and pay great attention to the details.

- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills.

Certification: NISM SORM certified/willing to clear the required certificates."
