Mutual fund sales manager

Responsibilities:-

- Work as a Team and capabilities to be a Team leader.

- To develop short term and long term sales strategies for the WM business- in line with the overall strategic goals of the organization

- Acquire customers (both individual and non-individual) through various offline channels such as industry events, corporate employees, residential building and one-on-one sales to HNIs who will invest in mutual fund portfolios

- To up sell AMC's MF products to Retail/HNI Clients as per the assigned database, generation of fresh leads through reference to shore up the clientele

- To establish standardized and efficient sales processes to ensure quality control and efficient customer service delivery

- Profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs

- Provide and develop solutions and suggest schemes to clients basis their requirements and goal Conduct timely and regular follow ups with the leads and tag them on broadcasts and new articles

- Achieving the business targets assigned in terms of up selling Products, enhancing and upgrading the Client Net worth relationships

- Responsible for individual revenue generation

- Addressing and spreading awareness regarding investments in group client meets.

- Mutual Funds, Financial Product and Sales knowledge is preferable

Requiremennts:

- Acquire new clients and Increase engagement of existing clients by providing complete financial planning solutions.

- Review and diversify existing client portfolios on a regular basis and provide guidance accordingly.

- Responsible for delivering SIP / Lump sum target

- Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and a winning smile.

- Increase client database by meeting new clients and taking references from the existing ones

- Achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product mix

- One point contact for the assigned customer

- Acquisition & Servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.

- NISM 5A Certified
