Roles & Responsibilities :
- Preparation of financials on monthly basis
- Preparation of MIS as per management requirement.
- Ensuring GST and TDS compliance on monthly basis including payment and return
- Income tax scrutiny and income tax submission and assist to tax consultant
- ITR filling, reply to income tax filling on the portal
- Internal and statutory auditor handing
- Overall monthly closure of accounts
- Share/securities/fno/currency _ trading accounting and reconciliation with broker ledger
- Project Lead (Finance) to successfully migrate from Professional Clearing Member (PCM) to Self Clearing Member (SCM) for compliance requirement purpose
- Implementation of Encryption module for payouts (with the support of Tech team) to avoid frauds due to voluminous nature
- Involve in automation of various manual processes done (TDS Automation, BRS Automation, etc.)
- Handle Statutory Audits, NSE audits (Compliance), Due - Diligence and Forensic Audits (conducted by Exchange)
