DADJ Global - Techno/Functional Director - Omnichannel Strategy (10-15 yrs)

The director of omnichannel strategy will connect DADJ's employees brand and line of business objectives to architect a strategic omnichannel approach and digital experience to achieve those objectives. They are accountable for leading a team of digital specialists to create a consistent, connected, and personalized experience for prospects and customers across all online/offline channels and devices.

Your Impact

- Design and implement the omnichannel strategy to drive the line of business growth and deliver an innovative customer experience that tells our brand story, acquires and engages high value accounts, and meets product growth and adoption goals.

- Deep understanding of market, competitive positioning and key business issues faced by customers and prospects to support creation of omnichannel strategy.

- Map and design nurture strategy and journey across channels for the line of business, and bring to life digitally.

- Collaborate with the lines of business, country marketing managers, and digital experience (Web) team to make strategic recommendations for content and targeted experiences.

- Strong partnership with regional sales and marketing to deliver customer value, communicate industry differentiation, drive new logo acquisition and sales through our digital experience.

- Work with technical stakeholders in Web, martech, and IT to establish technology requirements that support omnichannel strategy, drive innovation and engagement, and improve overall experience.

- Test, measure, and analyze performance across all channels to optimize strategy and experience.

Qualifications

Your Experience

- ~10+ years of experience in integrated demand and deep digital, multi-channel experience.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and extract insights from multiple, complex data sources.

- Curiosity and passion for testing and experimentation. Proven ability to drive performance optimization through testing.

- Regional marketing experience is a plus.

- Strong writing, editing, and communications skills.

- Experience with ad tech industry and martech solutions including Adobe (Marketo, Bizible, AEM, & Target), Google Analytics, PathFactory, Demandbase/Engagio, TechTarget Priority Engine, and Integrate a plus.
