Daily Functions:

1. Monthly reconciliations

2. Revenue recognition

3. AR/AP processing and reporting

4. P&L and balance sheet reporting

5. Cash flow statement and forecast

6. Handling of multiple entities and consolidation

7. Dedicated controller and team

KEY REQUIREMENT:

- Candidate/Team should have Real Estate Accounting Experience utilizing MRI and YARDI Accounting Systems.

- 8+ years of working experience in Accounting

- BPO/KPO experience would be a plus.
