DADJ Global - IT Business Analyst

Job description

The Business Analyst will support the DADJ IT, and program management team to understand the client's business , process and IT systems landscape. This will allow DADJ to get a deeper understanding of the As- Is business process, the end to end process and information flows in the client's business processes. The Business analyst will also list the key Business process management, and IT project requirements. The requirements will be captured in the form of process maps, and business and IT systems landscape documentation. These requirements will be used for DADJ's IT projects planning, support planning and execution in the next phase of active client engagement.

Requirements

- Exposure to basic business statistics

- Strong experience and knowledge of process mapping methods and tools - e.g 4 field method, As Is and To Be process mapping, and use of process mapping tools like Visio

- Good understanding of technology landscape and tools - experience with data warehousing SQL, NoSQL databases is a must

- Good knowledge about Statistics and interpreting data needed

- Knowhow of cloud computing platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure beneficial

- Knowledge of capital markets and fund management industry would be a significant added advantage

- Has 7-9 years of overall experience of which at least 3 years of experience would be in managing, large, multi track migrations / transformation projects, involving both technology migration and process redesign and optimization Automation first thinking!
