Responsibilities for this position include:
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns aimed at improving subscriber retention across multiple channels (email, direct mail, on-site messaging, marketing journey)
- Partner with internal and external resources to develop and execute all retention marketing campaigns inclusive of In-App Messaging, Email, and other retention techniques
- Partner with Brand and Product marketing to develop key messaging points and direct response creative across mediums
- Develop email best practices to share with stakeholders across the organization including creative, marketing, ecommerce
- Analyze marketing campaign performance including email metrics, conversion, and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI
- You are a self-starter, detail oriented and can adhere to and implement processes and protocols
- You are a team player and desire to collaborate and communicate effectively
- You are a dynamic and critical thinker who understands the broader view of business objectives, but still skilled at managing projects and the details therein to completion, on-time and on-budget
- You can help conceive great ideas AND bring them to life
- You have a history of developing creative strategy briefs and working alongside creative teams
