(Top Line and Bottom Line) - Responsible for Pricing, Promotion for the category,Category Insights - This would involve building and maintaining the brand relationship, negotiating for better procurement terms and margins, and day to day issues resolution. - Interacting with Sales team to ensure resolution of category related issues and to keep the category numbers on track - Short and medium term planning for overall category volume and margin targets at a company, brand and region level. - Data analysis at a category level to determine any changes in strategy to ensure meeting of targets. - Directly report into Head of Category Management. Required Skills : - Minimum 2-4 Years in leading FMCG/Retail Companies- FMCG - Assistant Brand Manager/ Key Account Manager handling Modern Trade or E-commerce account - Managing FMCG category at ACM/CM level - Result oriented with high degree of ownership - Strong analytical thinking with proven track record of success in past assignments - Develop and execute ideas independently - Proficiency in Excel - MBA
