Responsibilities:
- Marketing: Will manage the marketing budget, entire brand management, product management, product marketing, promotions, Build Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Drive Customer Research and ROI optimization.
- Strategy : Will formulate the strategies, develop the sales plan and monitor the growth and conduct periodic sales review.
- Sales : Will manage the entire Profit and loss of the eCommerce business.
- Team Management : Will monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them.
Mandatory:
Experience: 3-12 years
Qualification: MBA or equal Experience
Essential Skills: Have strong exposure in Marketing and should have managed the P&L.
Industry preference: eCommerce exposure is mandatory
Key Competencies: Excellent Communication skill, negotiation skill, stakeholder management, team player and Decision maker
