- Prepare concept note

- For various Talent Management activities (e.g. competency framework, employee engagement survey, creating talent pool, identification of critical job roles, assessment center, development centre, succession planning, store ranking etc.)

- Implement Talent Management Assignments

- Coordinate & follow-up with function heads, stake holders to initiate & implement the assignment (as mentioned above).

- Make appropriate, timely communication with stake holders to achieve desired results.

- Review the Competency framework and its relevance from time to time.

- Develop the succession planning matrix for critical Job Roles and update it from time to time.

- Employee Development

- Define career path to meet organizational goals & employee aspirations

- Collate data from performance management system for creating talent pool (High Potential)

- Prepare action plan to plug the gaps and prepare IDP (Individual development plan) in consultation with Function Heads (use inputs available from PMS, other sources to identify the development needs of employees).

- Conduct Assessment centers and Development centers at regular intervals to identify and prepare Future Leaders

- Track promotion, rotation, separation of talent pool in various Functions, Roles and Grades.

- Cascade organizational Values, develop programs for employee engagement

- Prepare various reports, trackers, MIS & Dashboards for various Talent Management initiatives

- Use employee database file to develop various reports, trackers, dashboards for different assignments on Talent Management. Improvise / improve on the existing one to ensure that the relevant MIS, Trackers, Dashboards are in tune with requirement of stakeholders and enable data analysis to identify strengths, areas of improvement (function wise, department wise, role wise, grade wise, circle wise, store wise, job title wise, certification analysis etc.).

- Publish MIS, Trackers, Dashboards of Training Attendance with stakeholders within given timelines

- Vendor Management

- Identify external partners and build strong working relationship with them to implement various assignments like assessment centers, development centers, identification of HiPo (High Potential) etc.

- Initiate discussion with external training vendors, content development team to design & develop relevant content. Ensure relevance of the content

- Do end to end coordination with external vendors for implementation of various assignments & projects. Work with External Consultants and internal business partners to design, develop, evaluate and implement the assignment / project. Evaluation of performance of external vendors, sharing feedback, doing course correction.

- Training Execution

- Develop annual training calendar for different job roles in consultation with function heads. Ensure timely implementation of the planned calendar.

- Send communication regarding the training program to stakeholders, make Logistical arrangements for Travel, stay of participants and facilitators, guest etc.

- Monitor the Training & Certification of DM, ASM, SM through internal supervisors (Area Managers, Circle Heads) and external training vendors.

- Plan the logistics for Training, Maintain Training Records & Reports.

- Audit of Trainings conducted
