The key responsibilities would include:  - Devising digital marketing strategies for our solution   - Working on our already existing channels & evolving them   - Analyzing & measuring the channels that work and optimizing them   - Creating relevant content in the form of blog articles, ebooks, checklists, guides etc.   - Marketing the content to relevant audiences   - A/B test campaign   - Convert website visitors into leads & nurture them   - Interacting with potentials customers via chat/email or call  You- ll work closely with our CEO & CTO, who have built Astra & scaled its marketing strategy to get hundreds of paying customers.  Skills we are looking for:  - Experience in managing inbound marketing campaigns   - Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Mautic, Hotjar, Google Analytics   - Ability to run email campaigns   - Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization   - Proficient in written & oral english communication  Nice to have (optional):  - Should have at-least 1-2 years experience in digital marketing/SEO   - Previous experience in marketing SaaS solution   - A growth hackers- mindset   - Experience with Hubspot or Hubspot certification   - Basic knowledge of javascript, HTML, CSS  Job Perks:  - Competitive Market Salary (INR 5-6L per annum + variable pay)   - Tickets to conferences related to your profession-   - Flexible office timings   - Monthly Pizza or Beer party   - Random trips and events :)
