Cynapce - Vice President - Supply Chain/Business Development

We are creating an ecosystem of services and products in healthcare B2B space initially . our app is live on android and Ios with three service verticals. The VP will take it forward from here and be incharge of all Medical equipment and product developments further in terms of getting more suppliers and customers, managing supply chain.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Managing entire operations related to project execution & management entailing material Planning, resource planning, budgeting, costing.

- Spearheading Supply Chain, Global Sourcing functions & Co in line with companies policies & regulatory compliances

- Developing budgets/ strategies for timely purchase of materials to meet project requirements

- Identifying & appointing qualified and cost-effective vendors/ suppliers for purchase of products / materials

- Negotiating with vendors on technical & commercial aspects, annual rate contracts & renewals

- Performing supplier evaluation on a regular basis; monitoring vendor approval process

- Preparing tender documents/ techno-commercial proposals/ cost estimates including billing and variation proposals

- Finalizing BOQ, scope and floating of RFQ for project construction and site facility

- Directing Project Management Functions; implementing standard project management methodologies, cost control and best practices

- Coordinating with sub-contracts as per specifications; reviewing RFQ file, negotiating and placing the PO within the specified time frame

- Allocating, managing and coordinating Non- Budgeted Costs (NBC) for proper cost-reporting

- Leading & monitoring the performance of team members and organizing trainings to enhance their productivity & skills

- Preparing draft purchase orders for required medication & ensuring orders to be in accordance to budgetary allocation

- Maintaining cordial relationships with suppliers and distributors of medical consumables & equipment; negotiates for suitable prices

- Attending training programs with other healthcare professionals for dispensing quality services to patients

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA (Material management & Supply chain management)

- Post Graduation Diploma in Supply chain

- Any Graduation with relevant 5+ years of experience in healthcare and hospitals

- Should have a credible work ex in Medical equipment industry and a thorough understanding of its dynamics.

- This will a totally stock based/commission based remuneration initially and paid in 6-9 months and based on performance can be given a cofounder status.
