Job title:Joint General Manager ( internal audits) Location : Mumbai Salary :upto 4000000 Per annum(negotiaable) Experience : Pure internal audit experiences (no responsibilities or risks profile) Team handling experience MUst /preferably in a big manufacturing company Educational Qualifications & Certifications: CA (operational, corporate) Job Description: 1.Audit Plan - Maintains operational understanding, monitors risk environment and evaluates control framework for the assigned business areas (ops/tech/ corp) - Develops annual audit plan to ensure adequate assurance over management of all significant risks in relation to assigned business areas (ops/tech/ corp) - Schedules audit assignments in alignment with process owners and allocates auditors to ensure timely completion of the audit assignments during the year - Reviews the Terms of Reference and ensures objectives of audit, coverage of scope including all relevant risks and expected controls have been effectively developed for the planned audit area - Finalise ToR by ensuring review of CIAO / Dy CIAO and agreement with process owners 2.Fieldwork 3.Reporting & Engagement 4.Development - Leads in ensuring the Internal Audit Charter is followed - Ensures implementation of and contributes for further enhancement of the Internal Audit Methodology by benchmarking to best practices - Develops and suggests programs for knowledge sharing and competency enhancement and development of auditors - Ensures deployment of automation tools for audit planning and execution - Develops and implements stakeholder management plan and communication matrix for assigned business areas
