Cyient - Senior Training Program Manager (10-15 yrs)

The role requires engaging with leaders and managers across the globe to understand business groups, business needs and capability building in emerging technologies such as Data Sciences, IoT, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Printing etc., for all levels in the business. The role incumbent will design and implement training plans for leaders, managers, associates and others in conjunction with the geography based business leads and others.

- Own end to end delivery of the L&D curriculum for the emerging technology business that enables operating at scale and growth

- Drive change management initiatives across geographies that are aimed at creating awareness and adoption of the L&D curriculum for the emerging technology business

- Engage with business leaders and managers to understand capability building requirements, design solutions and deploy as part of the curriculum

- Build capacity for the curriculum offerings by assessing demand, setting up facilitator pools and scheduling sessions across geographies

- Track key metrics related to L&D (demand, participation, feedback, business impact etc.) and create an executive dashboard for communication to business leaders

- Promote the usage of technology enabled training solutions

- Engage with vendors for delivery of select associate level programs and setup governance mechanisms for tracking coverage and effectiveness

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, experience working with global virtual cross-functional and external partners

- Appreciates nuances in engineering space

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Engineering or allied areas with atleast 5 years experience in L&D with overall experience of 10 years or more.

- Excellent organization and project management skills - this will require planning with shorter turnaround times, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.

- Experience in developing and implementing strategies for competency development

- Ability to express thoughts (written and verbal) cohesively inline with audience needs, across managerial levels

- Experience of having worked with stakeholders across geographies and cultures
