Job Specifications - Master's or Post Graduate in Business Administration or related fields specializing in HR - Four to Seven years of professional human resources generalist experience including at least two to three (3) years of direct experience developing, implementing or evaluating performance appraisal systems. - Good understanding of principles and practices of workforce planning, succession planning and strategic planning.
